This Portfolio highlights a few of the projects that I have developed and managed as well as documents that I have had the opportunity to design and create. During my career, I have had the opportunity to contribute to multiple areas of Human Resources while focusing my work in the areas of Strategic HR (SHRS). My "value-added" is that I am a strategic thinker that works toward the "big-picture" in every situation.
